Your catalog stays with you.
FeedNeat provides browser-based catalog preparation and optional account features. This notice explains how the current beta handles your data. For support, access or deletion requests, contact support@feedneat.com.
Catalog data
Your selected CSV is read and processed in this browser. Product rows are held in memory and are not uploaded to an application server. Resetting or closing the page clears the working session. Exported CSV and review files are downloaded to your device; review reports can contain original cell values.
Saved mappings
Only when you choose Save mapping, source column names, field mappings and preparation rules are saved in this browser’s local storage. Product row values are not saved. Clear this site’s browser storage to remove the mapping.
Account information and your choices
Google sign-in supplies your account identity and basic profile to create your FeedNeat account. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. We use account information to provide saved configurations and protect access. You can export account data or request account deletion from account settings. You can also contact support@feedneat.com about your information. Billing records may be retained for reconciliation and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Optional analytics
Analytics is disabled unless the operator configures a GA4 measurement ID and you choose to allow it. If enabled, page paths and numeric action counts may be sent to Google Analytics; catalog contents, filenames and column names are excluded. Analytics preferences are stored on your device and can be changed with the preferences control. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection; it does not remove previously collected records automatically.
Accounts, payments and ads
When configured, accounts store your profile and session information in MongoDB. Saving a cloud configuration stores its name, column headers, mapping and rules; catalog rows stay on your device. Polar handles enabled checkout and subscriptions. We retain minimal billing records and webhook identifiers for reconciliation. Account settings provide data export and deletion; billing records can remain after account deletion. Optional verification and reset emails use Resend. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes authentication interaction and network information to prevent abuse. Hosting providers also process access logs. AdSense publisher verification is installed, but advertising requests are disabled while site review and a certified advertising consent setup are pending. Analytics permission does not grant advertising permission.
