Prepare a supplier CSV for new Shopify products

FeedNeat maps titles, handles, SKUs, prices, vendors, barcodes and tags. It checks missing titles, repeated handles and ambiguous prices, while preserving identifiers as text. Exports use Shopify’s backward-compatible column names and include a single default variant, draft status and unpublished availability.

This beta is for new products only. It does not support existing-product updates, multiple variants, image rows, inventory or metafields. Unmapped columns are explicitly excluded. Passing these checks is not a guarantee that every store import will succeed.

Questions before you start

Do I need an account?

No. You can prepare and export a CSV without signing in. An account is used for cloud configurations.

Will this fix every Shopify import error?

No. The tool checks a limited subset and cannot inspect your store. Review the output and test a small import of new draft products.

Can I use Excel files?

Export a CSV first, taking care to preserve SKUs and barcodes as text. XLSX files are not supported.

How do I try it?

Use the built-in sample or download a small supplier CSV. The download is a fictional input example, not a complete store-import template.
