Review before importing

FeedNeat currently prepares new products with one default variant per row. It does not check your store or guarantee import success. Keep an original copy, review changes and exclusions, and test a small draft import.

Unsupported workflows

Do not use this version to overwrite existing products or prepare multi-variant catalogs, inventory updates, image rows or metafields.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Pro provides up to 25 saved cloud configurations. The supported CSV workflow and file limits are the same as the free plan. Polar is our merchant of record and displays the price, billing interval and any applicable taxes before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Use Manage subscription in your account to cancel future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless the subscription is revoked. A failed payment can suspend Pro access.

Billing help and refunds

Contact support@feedneat.com for product or billing problems. Payment and refund handling is subject to Polar’s Buyer Terms and applicable consumer rights. Canceling renewal does not itself request a refund. Saved configurations remain in your account after a downgrade; the free plan’s limits apply to further saves.

Your files

Only process files you are entitled to use. The original is never modified. Downloaded files remain your responsibility, including checking formula-like values before opening them in spreadsheet software.
